Book Drive – Boston University (BU) – Astronomy Department
In 2006 as a response to a request made by Thilina Heenatigala (then President of Astronomy & Space Study Center), Prof John T Clarke and the undergraduates of BU-Astronomy Department ran a book drive and collected astronomy text books and other reading materials.
The materials were used by the members of the Astronomy & Space Study Center. The text books helped immensely to gain and improve more knowledge of the many students.
